"How do you like it?"

Artwork "How do you like it?" intertwines a living unicellular organism, physarum polycephalum, with objects collected during my walks. Each object, a serendipitous memento, is accompanied by a note and tiny map recalling where, how, and when I found it. Because I take care of my slime mold, just like as of a child or a pet, it seems to me that we could also have shared preferences. Yet, despite our bond, the slime mold retains its autonomy, embodying the value of freedom of choice.

The other project - "We (walk) together" is also related to the idea of considering the microorganism my animal or child - I take it wherever I go, whatever journeys, whatever walks. As the I move through various environments, the organism often enters a dormant state, only thriving when I return home and rest. This symbiotic journey reflects my wish to observe details during walks, primarily undertaken on foot or public transportation.
